Our Mission
Providing both consultation and production services, The Spawn Group specializes in the development and production of audio, video and print media on a wide range of contemporary public safety and law enforcement topics. Our mission is to develop products which exemplify the progressive and professional side of law enforcement. Whether it’s showcasing a particular agency, project, policy or program, or developing an informational video to inform the police community or public at large, we have the background and experience to help you develop your project from concept to completion. Mark also serves as a consultant and expert on fingerprint identification, sex offender management, and other law enforcement issues. Jeanna regularly consults on TV/media productions from concept through post production.
